I wanted to like it, but as soon as I picked it up I was kind of thinking, “Hmm… this doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected.” The board quality just felt a bit cheap to me, honestly

I’m not usually one to complain, but I was disappointed with the customer service. I reached out to support and, well, they just never got back to me. I kept waiting, thinking maybe they were busy or I’d hear something soon, but nothing ever came through.

The return was easy overall. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but it came through and everything was fine.

I finally placed an order after seeing this brand around for years, but the website didn’t give me the confidence I expected. Some things were easy enough to find, but the reviews, shipping info, and general details felt scattered, so I ended up having to double-check more than I should have.
Nothing went horribly wrong with my order, but for a well-known skate brand, I think they should be more clear and upfront with customers. If they want people to trust them, they need to take a little more accountability for how information is presented. I’d be cautious before ordering again

I’ve been watching Braille Skateboarding to get a better handle on the basics, it did help, help quite a bit with stuff like foot placement and a few simple tricks. Some of the instructors explain things in a way that feels easy to follow.
That said, some of the lessons can feel kind of all over the place. There’s a lot of talking, talking before they actually get to the main point, so I found myself skipping around more than I expected.

Overall, I’d say it’s useful if you’re patient and just getting started with skating. I just wish the instructional parts were a little more clear, more clear, and better organized.

I picked up a deck from Braille i’m disappointed. After only a few sessions, mine already started chipping, and I don’t even feel like I’ve been skating that hard on it. I was hoping it would last me a lot longer, so it’s kind of a letdown. For what I needed, the durability just isn’t there

I was able to find what I needed in the end, but the site feels a bit messy to use. The menus loaded kind of slowly for me, and on mobile a few pages were confusing to navigate. Some of the extra stuff on the pages felt unnecessary too

I’m new to this, and it felt kind of confusing right from the start. I was expecting more basic step-by-step guidance and slower explanations. Instead, I felt a little pressured to keep up before I really understood what was going on.

It’s worth it for what you pay, even if it’s not perfect. I mean, at this price point, I can’t really blame the product too much, I probably expected a little more than I should’ve.

Everything showed up just like I ordered it, with zero issues. I know, a truly wild concept these days, but here we are.

It actually showed up way quicker than I expected, which was great. The only annoying part was the communication around shipping, the updates weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure when it was coming. But in the end, it arrived fast and everything was fine...
